Monitoring - We became aware of an issue with Edge Delivery in Dallas related to increase of 5XX errors and BGP flaps. The issue lasted between approximately 19:58 UTC on June 17th, 2025 and approximately 21:30 UTC on June 17th, 2025 based on current observations, the service is resuming normal operations. Identified - After additional investigation we have been able to link this issue to a recent software release, with that information it was decided to rollback the after mentioned release instead of continuing with the original plan of releasing a fix. The rollback is schedule for today June 10th, 2024 at 23:30 UTC (18:30 US EST) and we will provide an update once the rollback is completed.

Identified - We became aware of an issue with Certificate Provisioning System (CPS) where users may experience issues with AUTHZ LE token certificates not being visible on the CPS UI, this could make difficult rotate certificates. The issue appears to have started around June 4th, 2025.  We have identified the cause of the issue, and a fix is being prepared by the proper SMEs. Customers and partners can find more details on the Akamai Community. We will provide an update within the next 60 minutes.
